Buildings located in the city of Sofia:

• 117- “Nishava” str.– 4 storey apartment building with, shops and studios, 2000 m2, with habitation certificate as from 1999.
• 78- “Oborishte”str.– 5 storey apartment building with, shops and studios, 1800 m2, with habitation certificate as from 2000.
• 46-“Cherni vrah” blvd.– 5 storey apartment building with, shops and studios, 4000 m2, with habitation certificate as from 2001.
• 44-“Cherni vrah” blvd.– 4 storey office building with shops, 1600 m2, with habitation certificate as from 2003.
• 13-”Rilski ezera” str., Lozenets district– 5 storey apartment building with, shops and studios, 3 000 m2, with habitation certificate as from 2004.
• 80-”Oborishte” str., with habitation certificate as from 2005, with Total floorage– 2000m2, consisting of shops, offices and residence units.
• Two buildings located at 5-”Ivan Yonchev” 5,”Buxton” district – with habitation certificate as from 2007 , with total floorage for both of the buildings– 6 500 m2, consisting of shops, offices and residence units.
• Two buildings located at “Dragan Tsankov” Blvd. and at „Nikolay Haitov” str., Iztok district– with habitation certificate as from 30th April 2008, with total floorage for both of the buildings – 4 000 m2, residential building and commercial and administrative centre.
• Two buildings located at ”Chan Presiyan” str., Bulgaria Blvd.– Hipodruma district– with habitation certificate as from end of 2008, with total floorage for both of the buildings – 5 000 m2, consisting of shops, offices and residence units.

The company has its own construction organization, specialists, technical managers and workers and it is either individually or as a member in a partnership involved with subcontractors in the construction work of its own sites. In Bulgaria

• Hotel Rila, in close proximity to Rila Monastery;
• Reconstruction of workshops – Bulgartabak Dupnitsa;
• Repair of the building of the Association “Slavonic University” in the building belonging to BSD – “Evlogi Georgiev” Blvd. in the city of Sofia;
• Cabling installation and power supply of the building of “Technotest” AD, city of Sofia;
• Main repair of two-storey building located in the town of Sozopol belonging to “Technotest” AD;
• Construction and installation works with regard to a metal hall located in Sofia managed by the company “Technotest” AD;
• Repair of a house located in the city of Sofia operated by the company “Electrobild” EOOD;
• Construction of a plant for bottling mineral water located in Busmantsi quarter, city of Sofia operated by “J and J” OOD;
• Finishing works and installation and construction works – installation works with regard to gymnasium at a school located in Buhovo district;
• Repair of the roof of a building with warehouse and offices in Sofia operated by “Technotest” AD;
• Emergency repair of the dome of the central building of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food in Sofia;
• Repair and replacement of sheet metal of a warehouse in the city of Sofia operated by ET “Dasho-SDM”
